From what it looks like, without actually testing it, you might want to try splitting the movie in Mac the Ripper (e.g. selecting only a certain title/chapter set). Of course, the other option is bypassing dvd2oneX and getting a dual layer dvd burner (which have gone way down in price), I picked one up for under $150, though the blank media are still more expensive than the single layer 4.blah gb discs. Mactheripper for ripping, DVD2oneX for shrinking and Roxio Toast for burning. Mactheripper is free at www.ripdifferent.com and DVD2oneX and Toast are not. Some people like the all-in-one thing and use Roxio Popcorn... It rips, shrinks and burns. I don't like it because with DVD2oneX, you can specify which audio tracks you actually want to keep and so on (why keep the spanish and french tracks if you ain't ever gonna use them?). I've only had a few problem movies but most work just fine.
